Besides the research, exhibition and collection activity of the zoologists, botanists and geologists of the Biology Centre, which enjoys international acknowledgment, an abundance of biological lectures is offered in the framework of working groups.

Changing exhibitions on natural-science topics open “windows into science”; in addition two special exhibitions are conceived annually.
